Is there a script that will allow me to customize the extra study section. Say, i want to look at all level x kanji? i looked at the self study script and it doesnt seem to have the level selection i was hoping for.

Does anyone using KaniWani, know how to improve the experience? For example, there’s words with the same definition e.g. Rice Field 田 and 田んぼ or the numerous meanings for woman or girl. But I’m not sure which one KaniWani is expecting.

If they had the exactly same meaning, I added the word just to synonyms, so that all answer will be accepted. (But only added them when all meanings looked the same to me. Else I tried to figure out the nuance. (I mean like sometimes there was one meaning which were in different kanji and vocabulary, but they had also added other meanings, which were different. But some have like exactly the same meanings, for those I added them as synonym.)
Any reorder scripts currently working? I’d like to bundle my meanings and readings together but things like Omega Reorder are broken.
I was able to get Reorder Omega and Back to Back both working.
I’m using Edge browser and Tampermonkey. I had to enable developer mode in Edge.
KaniWani isn’t very helpful, you should try to maximize the amount of input, whether it’s vocabulary or grammar, to then create output. There’s no need to learn to think in EN->FR. For grammar try Bunpro or Introduction - Yokubi
Is there an add-in to display the part of speech (noun, i-adjective, verbs, etc.) during review?
Does anyone know of an extension that lets me export a text list of vocabulary by SRS stage?

Is it me or most of the UserScripts (especially for dashboard) stopped working? Mostly missing jQuery dependency (and some fonts/images)?

Hi, I wanted to come here and say the new android app for WaniKani is now available for everyone. It was initially under a closed test until last week when I made it open. This is another opportunity to say thank you to everyone who helped out in one way or the other to get the app to where it is today – couldn’t have done any of it without you.
This project began in late February 2024 and I worked through it till June after which I took a break. I picked it up again in March 2025 and now it is here. The goal for this app is not to compete with existing apps, rather to provide an experience similar to what a first party app would be. With this in mind I have designed it in such a way that it looks and feels like the website with some additional features.
I have paid a great attention to details in the overall design of the app and I have a feeling you will see that while using the app. I am open to criticisms, feedback, and reactions.

It sure has been a while, anyways… I made this Sentence Mine it’s a chrome extension.
It lets you:
- Break down Japanese sentences for analysis
- Create Anki cards directly from web content
- Get word in context translations
It’s in beta right now, so feedback is appreciated if you try it out.
I can solve any issue or doubt you might have, maybe I will create a post if I see that necessary.

Just in case maybe this will help? This is a userstyle for Self Study Quiz that restore some icons that are disappeared. Maybe these missing icons are your problem.

Sorry for being unintentionally ambiguous. You ended up fixing the second problem I ran into after fixing the first. First problem: forgot to update Tampermonkey! 
Easy to reconcile and I got the script running again. Second problem… just like you posted, the icons weren’t visible. Downloaded Stylus and got it working again. Thank you for your help!

It varies. It’s updated when people know to update it but sometimes things don’t quite do what they used to.
