If you press the J key on this screen when you answer the reading it will play the reading for you! Not sure if this is common knowledge but I just found it out by accident yesterday and thought it might help.
It helps when you get the answer wrong so you don’t gotta open the info up to see the correct reading.
On your WK dashboard, if you go to settings → app, there is also a toggle to auto-play audio. 
there’s a bunch of other keyboard shortcuts you can use, i mainly use three of them:
after answering vocab, J to play the audio
after answering anything, F to open the info
and if you want to full info, space to open that
i think there’s a little icon on the bottom right of your review screen which can show you a list of keyboard shortcuts
