Solved my subscription problem

Hello Everybody

From my husband’s card my subscribtion was charged three times in this month. He is angry and don’t want to continue my study progress because of overcharge

I misunderstand it

It was withdrawn on 10 th, 13 th an 14 th of august

My subscription need to be charged every 13th of every month, but it was charged 10th and 14th of August in this month as well.

I send them massage and waiting for reply. But today is Saturday, they work from Monday to Friday. I am so suffocated and looking for help from community.

Sorry to hear that, but you shouldn’t worry. The Tofugu staff are very understanding and efficient. I’m sure they’ll resolve the issue soon.

There is very little the community can do. I’m sure the WK team will have a look at it and get back to you as soon as the weekend is over. You’ll just have to be patient and wait until then. :slight_smile:

Thank you for your support today we checked it with our bank and there was a problem with some bug transactions issues and it is being checked now, I am very sorry for mixup
