Busy day today so less time than usual- decided to skip BP lessons since I’m drowning in reviews anyways.

CLEARED REVIEW PILES WOOHOO!!!
Also, my copy of よつばと arrived! I’m so excited for ABBC to start up.

Missed yesterday because I had to drive when I normally study, but I’m back today with cleared review piles! I did some math and by the time よつばと starts, I’ll have done about 2/3 of the N5 grammar lessons on BP, which hopefully is enough to make the googling tolerable.
For today I’ve left my BP lessons as is, but starting tomorrow I’m switching my 4 vocab lessons a day to the community よつばと deck to prepare for bookclub.
I’ve also been working on my spanish recently - I took classes in high school so I have a foundation even though it’s been a while - and I’m enjoying reading immersion for that. I definitely need to do some dedicated verb conjugation practice, but my vocab is pretty good!

Got the vocab lesson for 42 on WK today, I’m going to enjoy writing the meaning as “The answer” anytime that comes up XD.

Got a tasty コーヒー today while I did my WK and listened to some good music. Great way to start a day!

Had to do this earlier than I normally do because of plans, so the review piles were very small- however, still proud of myself for getting all my work done despite time constraints.

It’s interesting learning vocab on BP since I’ve been spoiled by WK mnemonics. Fortunately, most of the vocab I encounter on BP is also on WK so I can steal their mnemonic. I’ve also been making some of my own mnemonics, which is a fun creative exercise to break up the mental work.
