When I went to a Japanese class, all the ticks face the same way.
You do you. To me, it looks like ふ. 
I asked my wife; she’s got a snazzy calligraphy licence/certificate (won her fair share of competitions as a student too), and she pointed out that you’re not too far off how people write might「ふ」in calligraphy if they were using a pencil so…? Ignore my previous advice? She just said that if anything people would write with a minimum of two strokes? She was too impressed with how much effort everyone else was putting in to really stay on topic

Honestly, I think it looks fine. I’m used to reading much more “creative” hands. Your writing is legible and has character.
(If you wanted someone to nitpick something, I would choose the two い on the last line, the 来 of 未来 on the third line, and the 番 of 一番好きな in the first line. Although, I really like your ご in ございます on the last line.)
I’m not so used to reading Japanese handwriting, but I could read most of that, though a little slow. What is that second kanji on the 4th line, next to も？

That’s 「趣」(シュ) from 趣味 (しゅみ) my pen was a little thick so some of those kanji with more strokes didn’t come out so well…

I can’t read Dutch(?) so I don’t know how much help I can be.
Your handwriting in general is better than mine. That said, here’s some things I noticed off the bat:
The レ in レストラン is written incorrectly
There is a tense disagreement in 会議室出るとき、エアコンを消しましたか Since you’ve already left the meeting room, 出る should be 出た
The や in 服や靴 is also written incorrectly
That same bit has another tense disagreement 国へ帰った時、買います should use the same tense. (帰国 is a handy word)
I also don’t think the のは is correct there, but since I can’t read Dutch(?), I’m not sure what you’re trying to say (did you mean 小さい instead of 少ない?)
The following sentence should start with それ. そこ can be used, but context suggests otherwise.
事 I’m assuming following 「元気茶」と言う is written incorrectly.
Finally, 生 in 学生 needs to have the vertical stroke extended at the top.
There are a few dropped particles scattered about, and some unnecessary 「ね」here and there, but for the most part it looks pretty solid.

That や for some reason I can’t remember the stroke order and it always ends up weird. レ was just going too fast or something. Also 生 always do that wrong 事 always confusing. That そこ does feel weird there.
On the tense disagreement: 会議室を出るとき、エアコンを消しましたか。According to my teacher it should be like this, because at the time of turning off the エアコン you haven’t left the room yet. Only the final verb denotes the tense of the entire sentence.
Same with 国へ帰ったとき、靴を買います。When I have returned to my home country, I will buy shoes. So not while I am returning (cq at the airport).
You are completely right about 少ない. Should be 小さい.
