I’m slowly adding other level users on the new Level 60 Celebration category but Level 60s should now have access to it and will be able to create new topics within it.

But there is. I moved mine just fine. Although I don’t feel comfortable moving the threads of other people without permission. I had to log out and back in in order to see the new category as an option though, is that what you mean?
