Also, may I ask, where do you usually go to actually speak Japanese? I see it says Discord group, etc. Any recommendations? I’d love to actually use the spoken language more

I usually take online lessons on Italki. I am also in a Swedish-Japanese language exchange group on Discord, but I don’t take part in the sessions very often, that is because I have a 10 months old baby who takes all of my time! 
But for me, I feel like having free conversations with a teacher on Italki works best!

Hi again! I just wanted to tell you that I have joined Clubhouse, which is an app where you can audio-chat, and I really recommend this for speaking Japanese because you can basically speak with a native at any time of the day! You will be surprised about how many Japanese people are night owls! 
I’ve never spoken so much Japanese in my own home before.

Thank you ^^ Well, I just realized it’s iOS only anyways, so I’ll have to wait until it - hopefully - comes to Android at some point I really love the idea behind it, though, seems like a perfect way to practise speaking/listening to Japanese language.
Oh yes you are right, it’s iOS only! Didn’t think of that! It will probably come to Android in a not so far future! It really is a good tool.

Today I added a new point to my study log - Write kanji. 
Now when I’ve reached level 18 on Wanikani I came across some kanji I’ve never seen before and I figured I might as well try to write them to help me remember. And also, I’ve really missed writing kanji by hand! 劇、虚など。
