Review - Grouping Meaning and Reading together

Hi Everyone,
Is there a script that allow us to group the meaning and reading together in the reviews (Back to back).
I am used to the app Tsurukame (that have this feature), but recently, the app is not showing all mnemonic, I need to find a new solution for my daily reviews.
