Talking about memory our mind is pretty good at remembering at the background. So there is chance that you will remember the meaning/pronunciation the next time you see this item. Why not to put it just to the end of the queue meanwhile?
are you talking about how when you get an answer wrong it goes into the queue?
I think you mean a button that skips an item so you can put off answering it until later in the review session right?
I must admit I’ve often wondered about a feature like this but I think really it’s probably only going to be detrimental to your learning. Sure you might remember it the next time you see it, but if you’re not remembering it every time then perhaps it’s not ingrained enough.

just press cmd/ctrl R a.k.a refresh〜 they will begin re-shuffling another item to review〜 doing this〜 until nagged item come to last〜

What the OP wants is a script where you would push the button before entering an answer, in order to move on to another item and leave it for later. To my mind, they are for all intents and purposes the same thing as you're still kind of kidding yourself if you use it that way.liquidcow said...I must admit I've often wondered about a feature like this but I think really it's probably only going to be detrimental to your learning. As pointed out, you can just refresh the page, or you could use the ignore button and enter a deliberately wrong answer.

SRS is a process of remembering, not just memorizing. Trying to remember actually straightens the memory, it’s the part of the process that ingrains the knowledge and is superior then reading it, because one uses brain’s own resources. At least for me I noticed a great improvement in my memorizing once I just let myself take my time an remember.
So all the factors being the same it’s better to remember it by yourself then to use external support for it.
The problem is that it take to much time. But if I take then to the back of the queue I can reduce the overhead.
