Failed miserably yesterday at making any progress on the light novel, but work was busy and by the end of the day I only had energy for a bit of manga.
Made a start on chapter 11 of Phantom Busters and I’m preparing myself for some trauma with this one I feel.

青山美智子 is Sssoooooooooooo goooood. I was worried this book wouldn’t live up to 木曜日, but it does. Chapter 4 was just amazing. Love the anthology style so much.
Also コナン is still great of course. Now finished every volume of manga I own that I want to read at the moment. Manga shopping time this weekend methinks 
Tomorrow, another swathe of 月曜日, and maybe I’ll finally get around to this week’s 風立ちぬ.

One chapter of ふらいんぐうぃっち and one chapter of 作りたい女と食べたい女 today. Their ratings on Natively are very different, level 19 vs level 24, but they quite similar to me. I really enjoy both of them!

- Called into work early so didn’t get my regular 逆転裁判 time, alas. Maybe in the evening.
- Continuing まおゆう. Surprisingly it’s not quite as difficult as I initially thought because it has furigana… unsurprisingly it is still difficult because the scan quality is AWFUL. I’ll have to get english physicals of this one and maybe JPN ones too…
- I should have thought of this before but よつばと! is a really really calming and good before-bed read, turns out. Who knew?
Bookwalker has a 50% coinback sale going so I might pick up all of How Do We Relationship…

Not as much as I would have liked to get through today. I did get through some more TV, and plenty (far too much actually) textbook study earlier. But then I got some news about next year, thought about the fact I’m going back home for the first time in a long time soon, and have been an over-philosophical wreck for the rest of the day.
Tomorrow I’ll have several hours on trains down to do some touristing for the day, which is pretty much my perfect reading habitat, so I should get through a large amount. This book really is short, so who knows, I might even finish it (probably not, but it’s good to have goals!).
Speaking of which, this book has got through the 東京 section and into the 京都 section. Oh my god I’m glad I actually know a bit of 関西弁 as of recently, but jeez louise trying to parse an 80 year old 京都おばあちゃん’s casual speech and internal thoughts is a nightmare, especially when they do the typical 京都 thing of suddenly talking about proverbs and weird types of 和菓子 I’ve never heard of, and old neighbourhoods I also haven’t heard of. Feels like walking through sludge.

March 7th - Home post
Lots of manga today. First 2 chapters of 恋より青く to finish the volume and the series. Then one chapter of ふらいんぐうぃっち and this week’s reading of ルックバック.
I have to finish a few more volumes so I can concentrate more when the next challenge starts. Too many books and manga and book clubs and VNs and… and too little time!

I read more Konosuba vol.1. That was funny the party trolling the bad guys by bombing their castle every day. Their leader showed up and was screaming:“Who is the idiot bombing my castle every day?”
