Man, that scene was longer than I remembered; it just went on and on and having rather specific vocabulary here and there such as 巧遅, 突風 or 残滓 didn’t help.
I wanted to finish it today, though, and I almost did but I still have to read the aftermath where the MC usually gives a summary of known events and things that happened off-screen.

Much better day today. I didn’t get quite as much done as I wanted due to being busy with life stuff, but very happy with it nonetheless. Tomorrow I’ll be busy half the day but I’ll get another hour or two done of reading at least in the evening. Might do week 2’s worth of 風立ちぬ.

2 chapters of シャドーハウス today. I was really tempted to read the next chapter to finish the volume, but also we have a guest arriving soon so I should probably be tidying up instead of doing extra reading

February 15th and 16th - Home post
Å long day and night on the plane to Japan!!! I read some Grisaia VN and a little Zenitendo. Plus lots of «real life» reading! Street signs and station names and menues and… Just being in Japan. 21 years since the last time I was here. It’s so good to be back!!!
Well, that was a nightmare of a week… Work and real life decided I needed a beating, apparently. 
I did somehow manage to read one chapter of 名探偵コナン Volume 20 each day, though it appears I haven’t posted since I started that volume 9 days ago. Whoops. And at some point I got through last week’s pages in カードキャプターさくら Volume 2 for the offshoot book club, though I can’t remember which day it actually was that I did that…
I really hope this coming week is easier to get through… Though on the plus side, I did still manage to finish 名探偵コナン V20 even when I was exhausted, so I guess that’s something I can be proud of!

I ended up buying myself a cheap tablet yesterday, because after a few months of reading book club books on my laptop, I was getting fed up of the unsuitable screen ratio and Bookwalker’s PC app is just, not good.
I am genuinely wildly impressed by just how much smoother the experience is. I ended up reading 38 pages of Look Back just because of how much nicer it is to read without having to constantly zoom in, adjust where the page is, and avoid acidentally swiping to the next page which would reset the zoom 
I can really see this allowing me to get more reading in for sure just because I’m now not being put off by a poor user experience.
Also I noticed Sign of Affection vol 1 is free for the next week so I might try and get through that now since I was planning on having a read for the bookclub
