I just couldn’t motivate myself to read yesterday; my energy was low, and once I’d made my way through a few essential tasks, I couldn’t talk myself into doing one more thing I didn’t feel like doing.
Today, however, I felt a bit more together, and even though it’s been a full day already, I managed to finish up Chap. 35 of よつばと！This chapter is hilarious. Yotsuba constructs herself an outfit of recycled objects and her conversation with her father about it made me LOL over and over.

Finally! It’s time for Silent Witch 10. It was released in June, but I got sidetracked by sample story at the back of the book 
(The 俺転生 book I finished yesterday.) あっ そういえば I need to remember to subtract those sample pages when tracking progress.
Also joined Listening Challenge to track time and what I’m listening to 
Maybe I’ll make a more conscious effort to prioritize reading instead.

Back from my trip. I didn’t keep daily logs but I did manage to read just about a half chapter a day. Should be easier to stick to the routine for the rest of the summer. Can’t believe we’re already a month in!
