I certainly won’t be doing that again soon, at least not without some decent way to look up the kanji (either I’m bad at drawing the kanji, or jisho is bad at recognizing them).
Instead of using Jisho for drawing kanji, I would actually recommend Google Translate. It’s 1000000x better, because on Jisho, stroke order matters. If you draw a kanji with the correct stroke order, it will display it. But, if you mess up even one line, it won’t show it up.
With Google Translate, this doesn’t matter. You can even draw a really ugly one with random stroke order and in 99,5% of cases it will find it with no problems.
Also, you might be interested in things like OCR, where you can take a screenshot and it will convert it into text that you can copy. Saves a lot of time because you don’t have to draw, though it can make mistakes. I like ShareX.

on android the akebi dictionary app has a pretty decent handwriting recognition library imho.
of course sometimes handwriting recognition just sucks butts

23rd july
vol 8 of berserk was, again, very hard with lots of very heightened formal language (the queen oh god the queen) but i got there! i’ve also come across yet another new pronoun 妾, which in the manga had the more archaic furigana 妾. also i finished absolution yesterday and have no idea what to think so i’m just gonna move on to some easy non-fiction.

I’m back! I got home from Iceland on Sunday but it’s taking me some time to get back into a routine, not just with Japanese reading but with everything. Today I free-read Chap 34 of よつばと！ I have to say it was tough going; my brain has left Japanese mode despite my keeping up with Duolingo every day when I was away. Finally did some Wanikani lessons again this morning after being in vacation mode, so I hope to be back on track with Japanese study as of now.

Haven’t been checking the forum but I’ve been reading simple phone app short stories, and occasionally some easy manga. It’s not challenging, but I still just want to solidify reading as a habit, so easy stuff it is until I run out of easy stuff to do.

Read another level 2 Tadoku book before the end of the day (since I forgot to read most of today…) and had an enjoyable time!

I’m excited to try it out; I wasn’t going to give Stardew Valley another shot but now you’ve all encouraged me to experiment with your methods. I’ll update soon!
