I did intend to read some more よつばと！ tonight but it’s gotten a bit late for that I think. Also, I’m not tracking it here but, I did three spreads in the N4 新完全マスター 読解 book, which is obviously also reading. With that in mind, I am happy with what I managed today.
3rd april
longer chapter of masquerade hotel but i coped okay! still in the set-up phase and will be for quite a while. i should’ve started keeping a character list, ah well. did a chapter of isekai too. comparing it with the manga, the manga did a better pacing job.

Jetlag hit a day late this time. I slept for like 12 hours, which I haven’t done in about 6 months. Probably overdue. Also have been very busy doing my typical last minute planning of holidays all day. Tomorrow I’m back out travelling again! I won’t do any manga or VNs etc while I’m away. I’ll have time to catch up on novels, though. Hopefully I can finish 世界から猫が消えたなら, the book club first 2 weeks of 六人の噓つきな大学生 and get through something else while I’m away too. Expecting a pretty decent chunk of reading because I usually have a few hours a day while travelling to read on transport etc.

Today I just read a few pages of Honzuki. I know this is a looooong series, and way more difficult than what I usually read, but I really enjoy it so far.

Finished my first visual novel! And I loved it – even though it broke my brain in more than one way @,@
Thought I’d go ahead and try the second part in the series, Virtue’s Last Reward, but uh… the graphics are really different. Not sure I like it 
Some chill スーパーの裏でヤニ吸うふたり today. Not a lot, but a few pages of this Manga always feel like a win, since it’s probably a bit over my actual reading level. So a good day after all

恋爱绮谭 不存在的夏天 – end Ch.Service (and the story) made me read a quite more than barely touching…
Still Frogman novel, still pingponging back to hearing lots of cops complaining about things. At least now it’s complaints about news sensationalizing crimes and whatnot, that’s pretty real. I’ll try to read some later but I’m at about 42%. Ok I guess but I feel like the novel has kinda bogged me down a little bit. This book has enough lookups and complications it’s bringing me back to the days of less reading stamina, sadly.
It’s a big change for sure. Try to give it time if you feel like you can though! VLR is really good; you’ll very likely enjoy if you liked 999.
The third one, Zero Time Dilemma… I like it but it’s way more divisive and flawed, and the visuals are even more of a change there. I also genuinely think the English script and voice acting is full of a ton of really funny moments, like in a cheesy B-movie way, and I’m not sure if that tone is as present in the original Japanese because it comes from exact wording and delivery in places. I’ve been meaning to check it out for that reason someday.
Was too lazy to work on formatting yesterday. Hope I will have more time this weekend!

Was also singing songs using karaoke videos from カラオケ歌っちゃ王. Don’t know if reading as you sing counts 
you get used to it. like most pixel to graphics conversions though you miss the OG

I didn’t read that much most played Lover’s Kiss the first story mode called Summer Days there is also a second one called Lover Days. The gameplay is barebone you can just increase your stats by spending time in your room or working on weekends to earn some currency. The game has an awesome art style which I really love.

I finally figured out how to combat drowsiness: listening to favorite streamer in the background while reading 
It’s not 100% (I still get super sleepy) but better than listening to music – I’m so prone to singing along if it’s a song I like and then half the evening is gone while turning completely into karaoke mode.

It denotes a first half of the first week. Well, judging from my current pace, it’ll take about another almost 3 hours to finish it. I doubt I’ll finish in time, but the next week is shorter, so it should be fine!
I’m just a bit worried that I almost won’t have time for Kusuriya while I’m reading this book.
