Am I that rusty 
The lack of furigana was killing me a bit, but somehow it is endearing me already. I like how our narrator Seigi describes Richard’s 日本語 as fluent/smooth when he’s literally said one word so far 
Like guys, I can’t speak Japanese but I can say one word fluently, come on now, did we just 日本語上手 him because he’s the most beautiful human in the universe that is not me editorializing, Seigi calls him the most beautiful human he’s ever seen on multiple occasions, with eyes that you could look into forever, quote unquote. Adorable 
That is the absolute weirdest thing I have ever read, thank you for that synopsis 
With the ending I think I can kind of see where the “horror” label comes from but it’s all a bit too absurd to actually be scary xD
