2 more pages of コンビニ人間 today.
I’m not super confident that I can finish it by the end of year as I had hoped - at least not without concentrating on just that goal and letting myself fall behind in my bookclubs, which I don’t want to do.
Work has been crazy so by the time I try to read in the evenings my brain feels like mashed potato and its really hard for me to read more than a page or two of such dense text. I’m not giving up though, I’m going to keep chipping away at it little by little - my last day of work is December 21st, so I might be able to power through the end over Christmas when I have more time.
