So I don’t remember the exact percent of Kanji, but I think it was something like 90% of Kanji guru’d to level.
However, my question is, if you guru a Kanji and then miss that Kanji so that it drops to apprentice again, does that still count towards completion percentage? The app I’m using (Jakeipuu) says it does, but I wanted to check here if that was the case.
Yep! You only need to guru a kanji once for it to count towards your level progression.

That’s correct, but discrete items don’t divide nicely into percentages, so it will always be a little bit higher than 90 in practice.
