Just opened up WaniKani to notice the new interface. It looks really nice! One thing I noticed though was the “90% to pass” label disappeared next to the current level guru’d kanji bar. Do we now need to guru 100% of kanji per level to pass? Doesn’t really matter to me either way, but I was just curious. Thanks!

Nah, it’s still 90%.

It’s the same in practice, but it’s actually the way the bar works now. You have to fill up the bar 100%. But if you count, there are more kanji in the level than the bar says you need. The 10% is already pre-subtracted.
So while before you needed 90% of 100%, now you only need 100% of 90%.
