Here is yesterday’s question from my calendar:

The pain of knowing the 四字熟語 but never having remembered the actual order. I know its いこみき though so it has to be 2 or 4. Actually cant remember the readings for the 1st and 3rd kanji so I’ll go with 2.

EDIT: aand it was 4. damn. 5050 i guess

I know 己 and 巳, but what the meow is the one that looks like an intermediary between them? :astonished:

Finally, I can reexperience what it was like for me five years ago trying to differentiate between ノ, ン, ソ, シ, ツ, and ッ.

The explanation says (すで)に, but I also don’t know about that one.

Hmm, I might also have seen ()むなく.

They should stop and halt using this kanji, which was used previously, but doesn’t need to be used already; its time ended long ago!

But in case they won’t – I’ve added it to my notes

Yes, not only those who came up with that riddle but also those who came up with this 四字熟語 in the first place. A 四字熟語 that visually describes its meaning!

Haha I wasn’t expecting that translation. So that’s how you say potato potato in Japanese I guess?
