Need help understanding に at the end of a sentence

I’m playing Tomodachi Life for Japanese immersion, and I’m having trouble understanding the second sentence. I tried looking it up, and apparently some sentences end with に when obvious information is omitted. But… well, the information isn’t very obvious to me. So if anyone could help fill my gap in knowledge, it’d be greatly appreciated ><

Below is the sentence as well as the screenshot from the game:

肩が自由に動くラグラシャツ。長ズボンと合わせて着こなしやすいスタイルに。

I read it as なる being omitted personally.

In a vast majority of cases like this it’s なる or する
