I’m new to WaniKani. I’m probably missing something very obvious, but where can I find a FAQ or other info telling me how to use it? I’m just randomly clicking on things, hoping I’ll eventually figure it out.
Any suggestions?

Way at the bottom in the footer is a FAQ button. They recently did away with the FAQ, and replaced it with this knowledge page. Looks like FAQ page just redirects there now.
@koichi @viet Perhaps utilize that announcement banner on front page? “Hey we see you’re new. Check this out?” Unless perhaps you already do something like that, I dunno, been a long time since I was new.
There is already a banner for newbies. And it links to the FAQ. It is included in the New User Checklist.
Yup, there it is, all the way ay the bottom. As a UI/UX person, I like the idea of the announcement banner for the new persons.
Pretty sure there’s also links in the emails that you get on signup
I never saw it. I had tried the free version a year ago, but just signed up for the paid version. Since my login info wasn’t new, the banner wasn’t displayed.

Again, year-long gap between free signup and paid participation. You can forget a lot in that time, including any year-old info emails.
