Need explanations about the forum’s topic notifications & user guides for the technical stuff of the forum

Question 1. What are the differences between the first four notifications options?

Question 2. I’m new to the forum & currently trying to search for posts that have guides or tips about how to use the forum— particularly the technical stuff of it. I’m not really up to date with all the programming script thingy (not sure how people usually called it) being used online these day so a lot of the programming aspect of the forum are a completely new world for me.

To save time, beside searching them by myself, I want to ask you guys who are more experienced with the forum to give some recommendations for the kind of post I’m looking for. General or specific guide is fine since I’m just exploring the forum at the moment
