Game ClubAnother busy week on my end, so another brief post. Week 13, I’ll have even less time and will need to get the post up either 12 hours earlier or 12 hours later than normal. Then for week 14, there’s a 50% chance I’ll be busy and may have to delay posting. (My schedule should free up after that, but we’ll be about done by then…)

A guide to this week 🪨 🦕 🌋
Return to the cave beyond the swamp. Give the shyness-curing book to the horned villager, then stop for a cup of tea if you’d like.
Conduct any business you’d like in the cave, then head to the boulder and speak to the strong guy to open the way forward.
You’ll find yourself in the next dungeon. You’ll probably want to find the present containing おうじゃのバンダナ while here. Defeat the boss for a nice show.
The next section’s a big map. There’s a lot of ground to explore, and a gift box holding a おうじゃのマント waiting to be found.
When you’re ready to continue on, locate the enclosed village. You can buy Paula’s best weapon here. Talk to the rock, then look for the next cave to continue on your journey. (If you don’t see lava, go find another cave.)
This cave is the last dungeon for the week. Find the boss. Defeat the boss. Get the melody.
That’s just about the end for this week. You’ll find yourself taken to the next section, but don’t travel too far. There’s a nearby building with a phone to call Dad and save for the week.

Important: Just beyond the village cave, you’ll find an enemy called クリーピーボール. There’s a 1/128 chance of a broken item drop, which Jeff can repair to become his strongest weapon. Might not be worth the hunt right now if you can’t handle defeating the enemy in battle. If it helps, you can level grind against the デヘヘラー for a while.
