Whenever I level up, I always seem to be getting the email for the level I just completed. For example, I just leveled up to 13 and received the email for 12. Is this happening to anybody else?
Hi! This was happening to me as well. The fix for it is to unsubscribe from the mailing list and then resubscribe. It should take a few minutes, but your emails will get back on track.

Doesnât seem to work for me. Iâm not using âMailing List Modeâ, so maybe that is the difference. Thanks for the suggestion though.
I donât think itâs that theyâre behind one level; theyâre just delayed by a duration thatâs very close to the typical time to complete a level. My last couple of levels, Iâve gotten the e-mail for the current level about a day before advancing to a new level.
I havenât gotten a level up mail in a while. Do they only show up for milestone levels or what?
I mostly get them on time and if theyâre coming late Iâll get too excited and toggle Receive WaniKani Related Emails on and off to get them immediately.
@SeleneTsukiko Youâre supposed to get them for every level now.

For what itâs worth, I tend to get the email within minutes after leveling. Often seconds. Pretty consistently. For the previous level. I think theyâre just one off, at least for some of us.
I donât even get the emails anymore. 
This happened to me as well! Level up email would always come instantly after leveling up, but from the level below. I can confirm that toggling âReceive emailsâ once seems to fix the issue, I immediately got the Level 5 email!
(also they should fix that it takes a day or so for the forum level to change)

So I go to my account setting and toggle:
Receive WaniKani Related Emails
yes/no
??
I toggled that but no current level email?
