Level 60 self congratulation post

I started WaniKani on June 22, 2017, and it was always my goal to reach 60 in 2 years, and I stuck to it! I know that this isn’t the end, I still have to burn a couple thousands items, and continue my Japanese studies elsewhere. However, this is definitely the biggest accomplishment of my life, and I’m proud to have stuck with it.

If you’re still in the early levels, don’t give up! Life can get in the way sometimes, but try your best to stick with it!

Yup, you should definitely be proud. And it’s so cool that you got the time you’ll take to reach lvl 60 right :muscle::sunglasses:

Any specific plans?

If you wish, you can add yourself to the Hall of Fame :durtle:

Congratulations man!

I hope I get there someday. Right now it’s a bit of a sludge because I already studied roughly 1k kanji with anki before I ran out of steam, so I already remember a lot of kanji and the speed at which wanikani proceeds feels a bit slow initially. But I just know I will eventually end up with the 2k review backlog anyway…
