Level 18 in WaniKani, Level 50 in life

So now I’m the 50 year old learning kanji! More than 6 months straight studying nearly every day, even with a busy schedule and the stresses of middle age. I think if I can get this far, nearly anyone can.

My advice for wanikani is DO YOUR REVIEWS. Seriously. It’s really all you have to do to progress.

My life advice is to find what you enjoy and enjoy it!

It’s awful easy to let them slip a day or two and then you wake up to 500 due.

Seriously though, are you still level 7 or did you reset to level 2 in the last 4 hours?

The level badge on the forums sometimes gets stuck and doesn’t update. Logging out and back in usually fixes it.

True but it’s usually only one level behind, not a whooping five levels.

Or well, that’s the way it is for me, who knows. :stuck_out_tongue:

Surely the umpty-odd characters of the image tag covered that already?

I’m currenty level 46. Just sayin’.

Oh, wow, I wonder why the forum behaves that way for some people and not for others.

Could that mean that @Kumirei is actually above 42?
