Is there a deadline for registering, or could I sign up ‘last minute’? I’m not sure if I will be able to make it to the nearest test center at the designated date, but none the less I will try my best to be there!
The deadline for December 2015 in London is the 1st of October. However, the application may be closed earlier than that if demand outstrips the supply of places. I imagine it is the same situation for other venues.

Online registration is open until 9:00 p.m. on Friday, September 25 (Eastern time). Unfortunately, you cannot sign up for the test after this date for the December test, no exceptions.

In Düsseldorf, Germany it’s September 10th. If I remember correctly that is. So last minute won’t work.
