Can’t seem to find the actual place to register on the Japan association in America! Just tons of stuff on the policies but can’t find where to put info in to sign up? Any help is greatly appreciated!

May have figured it out lol The site says Pacific time is when it goes live…may have jumped the gun by three hours! Just ready to try!
