JLPT Kanji Readings

Does anyone know if the readings I learn in WaniKani will be enough to pass the JLPT N5 kanji section or if there will be obscure readings on the test that weren’t covered?

Nothing on the N5 would ever be considered obscure. I imagine completing the fist 4 levels of WK would leave you over-prepared for the N5 kanji section.

The rfindley WK data site will show you where you are at on WK by JLPT level.

At level 6 you know 87.34% of the 79 N5 kanji

And definitely no obscure readings show up on N5, it will be the most standard uses of those characters.
