The last few days I’ve been experiencing a weird bug where if I add a synonym after a review I get that review again in the same session (meaning + reading), even if I already got both of them right. Anyone else has this? Any explanation?

I just complete a short review (10 questions) and presented with the institutionalization vocab twice despite marking it correctly in English and Japanese the first time. Is this normal?
If you answer both parts of a review correctly and then add a synonym, you have to review that item again. Even though getting the repeat review wrong doesn’t impact the SRS, it still wastes time having to review it again.
