For myself: is there a script that shows the Kunyomi readings as well as the Onyomi readings on the kanji list pages? (e.g. www.wanikani.com/kanji?difficulty=pleasant)
It’d be handy when looking back over older items for a quick refresher.

Do a search for “KunOn” restricted to the “API and Third-Party Apps” category. You will find a few discussion threads on a couple of scripts that may be of interest to you (although they may be quite old and not updated so may no longer be useful, not sure).
Is there a script that, when you type in an incorrect answer, which at the same time is a correct answer for another radical/kanji/vocab (because you mistook the two) shows the one for which the answer would be correct?
I think Confusion Guesser is trying very hard to do this.

For example, 正しい is labeled as an い -adjective: https://www.wanikani.com/vocabulary/正しい
Is there a script that would allow me to filter my learned (or even unlearned) vocab words by い -adjective, な adjective, の adjective, transitive verb, intransitive verb, etc?
Item Inspector can do it. You may use the Part of Speech optional filter ou the Advanced Search Filter on th All Learned Items table to do this kind of filtering…
