We might say, “I find that person dislikable.” Or, “He is hateful.”
Update on this thread: Have a look at these pages now (嫌い and 好き). Much better. It’s now presented in an extremely straightforward fashion. The only quibble I have is that they’re now listed only as na-adjectives instead of noun / na-adjective. But I guess that’s a a minor point, and a small concession to the “easy explanation for beginners” camp.
