Hey, I’m going to do N3 in July this year, and I feel pretty comfortable in Kanji/Vocab and Grammar as well, but my listening is very poor, I try to listen to Japanese street interviews but I understand very little. Do you guys have any tips on what should I do to improve my listening skills? What’s the best way?

If you are reading anything, I have recently found that getting an audiobook and listening to it while reading is really helpful for me. Both for reading and listening skills. I’m mostly doing this for German and Dutch, though.
audible.jp has unlimited listening for what seems to me a wide range of audiobooks, for a monthly subscription, and honto.jp has a lot of ebooks, (as per this Tofugu article), so I am dipping my toes into trying these for Japanese.
