How to decipher stylised kanji?

From a friend who asked them to determine if it’s worth selling. I don’t know where the friend got it from.

The pottery is really, really thin. I was afraid of breaking it just by holding it.

It’s actually read top to bottom, right to left. 平戸製,三川内. I suppose it’s just made in Hirado (平戸) in the Nagasaki prefecture. I’m thinking the creator is mikawauchiyaki?

FYI, Google Translate’s handwriting recognition is a lot easier to use than jisho’s radical lookup. And for once, it’s something Japanese-related that Google is remarkably good at.
