I have a WK tab that’s nearly always open in the background when I’m at my computer. And 90% of my work is done on my computer, sooo… (you can probably see where this is going ) Every time I need a quick break from whatever I should be doing, I’ll do a few reviews. And when I’m not at my computer, my phone is never too far away.
So yeah, add me to the “all day, every day (please send help)” group.
Since I work at a computer all day and always have my phone with me, I check it almost every hour. The only exception is when I’m sleeping… and even then I wake up in the middle of the night if there’s current level kanji/radical reviews to do (I’m trying to always level up in 6d20h). Wanikani is a bit too addictive, I guess.
I do it as much as needed and as possible, to get as few reviews at once as possible, I always hate seeing the impending doom of 90+ reviews accumulated just in time for my break, I always manage to do them in less than 20 minutes, but still, I do them as soon as they come up if I can to avoid long sessions that could be a few minutes each
I’m visiting WK 4 or 5 times a day, and I’m trying to do between 10 and 25 lessons each day. Not more, 'cause I already tried WaniKani two years ago and arrived at level 9 but at that time I did all the lessons at once and I couldn’t keep it up. After two months I couldn’t remember the vocabs I did in the first level.
Now I’m going more slowly. I’m trying to complete a level in max 14 days (I completed the last level in 9 days though), and I’m doing 55 vocabs per week. If all goes to plan I’ll complete WK in 2.5 years.

On every visit I first fill up my apprentice numbers to just over 100.
Than I do exactly 100 reviews.
The only exception being when I simply don’t have enough lessons or reviews available. Doesn’t happen often. It’s usually 45-60 continous minutes per session.
I usually go on once a day at the end of my workday. I need to increase that though since it is becoming more and more difficult to keep up with the reviews in one sitting.
I’m still relatively new to Japanese and haven’t started grammar yet (starting after level 3) so I don’t have a schedule totally locked down.
But for now, unless circumstances prevent me from being able to look at my phone, I am doing reviews every hour that I am awake basically without exception.
I quit smoking at the same time I picked up Japanese and WaniKani has almost become a substitute for a cigarette at this point (^_^メ)
Once a day on busy days, 3x a day on normal days, multiple times a day when I want to speed up, and almost all the time when I try to catchup on weekends.
But recently, I only do at most twice a day (for weekdays). I feel like I’m overusing my eyes these days, esp I use the computer for 8+ hrs at work, and then during commute I do WK on my phone, then at home, still can’t help but use phone/laptop. I realized my eyes needed a break, so during commute, instead of WK-ing, I just listen to Japanese podcasts, to rest my eyes a bit, and to practice my listening skills as well. I also think I am prone to less mistakes, when I have my full concentration doing lessons/reviews.
And… I am still in the process of trying to balance my time between work, jap class, social, hobbies, etc… Coz I noticed, I enjoy doing WK so much, that I only do WK all the time. HAHA.
I used to be on it multiple times a day, obsessively making sure that lessons and reviews were down to 0. But I realized that I was going at a pace that did not work for me; I don’t even think I was consciously learning the kanji, which can lead to mistakes down the road when you run into similar kanji. I also felt miserable because I was only going that fast because I felt like I had to and not that I wanted to, and I can’t always keep up because I get busy with work, life, etc. So now I set a reminder on my phone to do only 15 lessons a day, and I work on reviews if I can get to them. I agree that keeping up with reviews is important, but I’m also not going to punish myself if I had a long work day and am too exhausted to even do well with any reviews.
But you’re already at level 30! :'D So I suppose you get tons of reviews and lessons, while mine are still pretty easy. But I find it very impressive that so many of you manage log into WK everyday even though you have so many other things to do
