I completed level 3 a few days ago and just decided to pay for a monthly subscription to continue learning, but after I paid the home page says “We have noticed you haven’t renewed your subscription” and I have no new lessons. I have received an email for confirmation of payment and when I go to the billing section it says my 1 month subscription is active. Has anyone else had this problem and if so how were you able to resolve it? Thank you in advance.
Unfortunately, It’s been happening a lot lately. It’s the weekend, it should hopefully be sorted by tomorrow. Send them an email while you’re at it.
