Annual subscription active but I have no access

I bought 1 month subscription but main page says That I’ve free account, in the subscription page shows that I’m active… it’s some lag… please help… do i need to clear cache? And how can i do it? I sent email already 3 time… it’s third day…

It’s the weekend. They’ll probably respond on Monday.

I have this problem too. I just emailed them. Hopefully it is fixed soon!
