Has anyone ever received a proper formal invoice from Tofugu?

Long story short, I asked hello@wanikani.com to send me a formal invoice addressed to my company and had no reply. I thought that maybe I did not express myself very well and send another one asking if they could tell me if this is possible. It’s been 5 days since and no reply, perhaps the person responsible for this is on vacation so I though I would ask here.

I have received invoices from Wanikani, but they’re not necessarily addressed to anyone - I’m assuming this is what you’ve received as well?
