You could check out the 0/0 streak challenge to keep yourself motivated. Getting to 0/0 every level (or just as often as you can) is a great way to make sure you are not behind on vocab.
Writing stuff down is a great way to better commit it into memory. Good luck!

Do you read any book/manga/light novel yet? I am thinking of reading a manga but am really conflicted about which one. Yotsubato is said to be really easy but boring if you are not interested in it. Right now I am undecided between ナルト and 暗殺教室. I think I will buy my first manga at level 10 or 15. What has been your reading experience so far?

I don’t really read any actual stuff aside from what I come across on the internet, but I probably should start trying to read more stuff haha
