Getting from Level 3 to 4? Why have I not leveled up?

I’ve read all of the FAQs, previous threads, user guide, etc and I can’t figure out why I am not at Level 4 when I have the Radicals and Kanji for Level 3 both at 100% ? Everything I have seen says that once I get the Kanji above 90% I will proceed to the next level.

What am I not understanding?

On my dashboard:

  • Apprentice: 29 (29 Vocab)

  • Guru: 310 (59 Radicals, 77 Kanji, 174 Vocabulary)

  • Master: 35 (23 Radicals, 12 Kanji)

  • Level 3 Radicals Progression: 100%

  • Level 3 Kanji Progression: 100%

On my Level 3 page:

  • Radicals 22/22
  • Kanji 33/33
  • Vocab 75/75
