I frequently get an error connecting to the main site at https://www.wanikani.com/ its down for 15-20 min before coming back up after several refreshes. The problem is instantly fixed if I use a VPN. I am on the latest version of Firefox on Mac and am logging in from India.
I have tried the usual troubleshooting steps like checking my internet and clearing cache.
Weirdly enough https://community.wanikani.com/ loads just fine every time, my hunch is that its a DNS resolution issue.
