Any idea why the font is different on my review pages using Google Chrome on a MacBoook? It seemed to start today.
On the left is what it looks like if I go to the 直接 page directly. On the right is how it looks when it came up in my reviews today.

It seems your computer is trying to use a Mandarin font on the review page for whatever reason.
Try going to your settings and adding Japanese as a preferred language.

Then your browser probably incorrectly cached the page as a Chinese page, you could always try clearing your browser cache, otherwise, it should resolve itself within a few days (since browser caches have a time limit).
If that’s not the case then I have no clue

Clearing the cache fixed the issue! Thank you. I didn’t even realize that it cached that sort of meta data, nor do I have any idea how it got confused in the first place.

And in case it helps anyone else, rather than manually clearing cache (which may have undesirable consequences) or waiting for it to happen automatically, you should be able to Shift-Reload* to get a “clean” download of the page and its resources. Cheers! 
*There’s usually a keyboard shortcut you can press to reload while also holding the Shift key, but holding Shift while clicking a Reload button should work too.
