[Feature Request] Link to the vocab pages when mentioning previously learned vocab words in the reading/meaning descriptions

For example, I failed a review for 崩れる and went to look at the pronunciation, but was greeted with the message

The reading comes from 崩す, so if you know that you know this reading as well!

Now because I’ve failed the reading, I don’t know the pronunciation for 崩す, nor do I remember the mnemonic for the くず sound.

It would save the user having to open another tab and search for 崩す page if in the reading section of 崩れる we just linked “崩す” to the 崩す page. i.e.:

The reading comes from 崩す, so if you know that you know this reading as well!

Does anyone have trouble with this?
