It’s real, I received a mail about 15 minutes ago with a password, which took me to a part of the shop with only 1 completely free item. It doesn’t even say what it is, just “A secret from the holiday crabigator”, I’ve got no idea what it is, but free is free 
it’s a bit suspicious if you ask me…

Honestly if I get that picture shipped to me it’d already be amazing, it’s a great photoshop. It’s marked down from $999 though, so getting it for free is certainly a steal

Apparently it’s called the secret santagator. If you download the image you can see its details (including that it was made in adobe photoshop).

Currently the only 4 people we know have received the email have all been regulars, so it’s certainly possible. We’ll have to see if someone else got the email as well to be sure.
Well, the email said a community member wanted to give a gift, so I suspect it’s manual, not automatic.
