Is there a difference between saying or writing:
大人しくする
versus
大人しくします
I feel the former is more casual and is communicated that the speaker will relax, but the latter would be said if the speaker acknowledges he is too excited and needs to calm down.
Of course, it depends on context, so here is the example sentence:
今日はホテルで大人しくするよ
I feel it would be contextual in the sense that 今日はホテルで大人しくしますよ would mean the speaker could be working at the hotel, and that they would be nicer to customers, for example.
Is this difference significant, the one between する and します?
