Did Wanikani just add kanji?

I just got lessons for 喉, 嘘, 叩, 飴 and 匂, even though they aren’t included in my progress bar for my current level.

Did this go unannounced? Additions at previous levels that are just thrown into everyone’s lessons if they’re higher up?

Happy to see those added, at any rate, since they were kind of baffling as missing items.

Is there a way to find out what levels they’re actually categorized under so I can find them to add synonyms, etc.?

Hello everyone! We’re going to be adding some new content to the existing levels of WaniKani next Monday, June 3rd. It’s not a lot—a nice handful of kanji and vocabulary (and one radical).
