Hah, I can kinda see that! The sand sculpture’s even got a tiny bit of the People’s Eyebrow going on. 
Maui’s missing something circular on top, though. Maybe if he were re-durtled. Some kind of… Maui-descended.

I just googled pictures for “hawaii cave” and this came up (I think it bears a slight resemblance)
“Kauai Turtle” didn’t trigger anything though. Something like that would be too easy I guess.

The mails subject is “who’s dis?” and then it starts with “Egoooott” so maybe it’s mysterious Egoooott iyself, if this is not a form of greeting here
