Can 天国 mean “whole country”? Marked as incorrect and required “nationwide”.

But 天国 (てんごく) means “heaven”, not “nationwide” or “entire country”… Do you mean 全国 (ぜんこく)? Jisho gives “the whole country” as the first definition for that, so seems reasonable…

Hi @jlizhiyi - in addition to what @MelissaAnne42 said about you possibly mixing up 天国 and 全国, you should note that all our meanings and synonyms in WaniKani are added manually. There will inevitably be synonyms we miss that nonetheless are perfectly valid, such as “whole country” for 全国.
In these cases, you’re always welcome to check on the forum or write in to support (hello@wanikani.com) if you’re unsure of the meaning, but you can also add that meaning as a user synonym to use in the future.
