I just did my first round of 5 radicals, and realized that I have no idea how to pronounce them. I noticed that you had to turn on the autoplay toggle to hear them, so I did so. Still, I hear nothing! Even the “speaker” button is greyed out. What’s going on?

Radicals do not have pronunciation. They are just 'kanji parts".
When you learn kanji they won’t have audio, but they will have a reading.
Vocab words will have audio on them.
