I’m still reading the book but I haven’t reached this chapter yet
Though, I feel like we’ve been in this situation before.
Took me far too long to figure out precisely how Aika’s story led the others to the conclusion that she needed to show her hair to Al, until it ocurred to me that she probably said it off-screen. She broke Al, though.
Umm, guys it was short. Most chapters are over 30 pages, but this was only 22.
Honestly I hope Aika never narrates again. It was such a drag. Only good part of the chapter was when Aika outright told Akari and Alice what she was thinking earlier about their shortcomings/flaws.
Probably partly because she’s one of the more difficult to understand characters (and narration is generally harder to understand than dialogue), so it was a more difficult chapter.
